Analytical Spectral Devices Introduces SpecSupport™ Pack—the new extended services bundle for the QualitySpec®, LabSpec® and FieldSpec® instruments
Boulder, Colo., October 1, 2003 — Analytical Spectral Devices (ASD) , manufacturer of rapid precision analytical and quality control instruments introduces the SpecSupport™ Pack as part of their ongoing mission of providing customer applications support second to none in the industry.
The SpecSupport™ Pack is an extended bundle of services covering a two-year period from initial purchase. The bundle extends the basic warranty for an extra year, but most importantly, it provides support personnel for training and model building to further ensure the successful transition to NIR material analysis.
