Muglight (High Intensity Source Probe)
The Muglight is designed for analysis of raw materials using reflectance and absorbance measurements. It can measure samples through glass vials, or using the ASD sampling tray adapter. It's unique and innovative design minimizes measurement errors associated with stray light and specular reflected components. The Muglight utilizes an internal Tungsten Quartz Halogen light source (1500 hour bulb) and views a 12 mm spot size.
The Muglight is excellent for mineral, grain, and granule applications.
Hi-Brite Muglight
The same design, features, and benefits of the Muglight, but with the added advantage of a brighter bulb to compensate for signal loss in the jumper cable. This higher intensity bulb is ideal for inorganic applications, and is recommended for use with the TerraSpec®.
