As an added bonus, the RJ45/ethernet connectivity achieved by the Smart Ethernet Adapter provides the necessary platform to upgrade to the latest software releases from ASD for the FieldSpec^®, LabSpec^®, and QualitySpec^® Pro level systems, including the ASD TCPSoftware Developer’s Kit, for:

• Autonomous control of spectrometer systems
• Seamless compatibility with LabVIEW^® systems and C code

The Smart Ethernet Adapter kit includes all instructions and cabling required to retrofit the existing Pro line FieldSpec^®, LabSpec^®, and QualitySpec^® systems to ethernet connectivity, and the current software release (RS3™ or Indico™ Pro, depending upon application). Also included are the accessory power port and a belt clip for streamlined, and unencumbered use.
