        Warranties and Service Plans

        As the worldwide provider of high performance spectroscopy measurement solutions, ASD offers a selection of service options to keep your instruments at their peak performance — from our Premium Service Plan to simply an Extended Warranty renewal, we have a plan to fit your needs.

        • Premium Service Plan — the option for those who require a quick response for repairs and an annual preventative maintenance visit. This plan is designed to keep your process moving with fast, 5 day* guaranteed turnaround on serviceable parts.   An annual preventative maintenance service visit as well as unlimited phone and e-mail support during business hours are also included. 
        • Plus Service Plan — the option for those who require a quick response for repairs and an annual preventative maintenance service for their portable instruments. This plan is designed to keep your process moving with fast, 5 day* guaranteed turnaround on serviceable parts. An annual preventative maintenance service performed at ASD, as well as unlimited phone and e-mail support are also included. 
        • Basic Service Plan — for the more budget conscious where rapid response to downtime is not required. The turnaround time for repairs is guaranteed within 10 business days*. Also included is unlimited phone and e-mail support by ASD service center. Extended warranty and repair costs are not included.
        • Extended Warranty — the minimum level of insurance available for all ASD instruments, it extends the original Manufacturer’s Warranty and includes all repair costs due to manufacturers defects.

        In addition to our service plans, we offer on-site maintenance, emergency service visits by an ASD Certified Professional, multiple training options to suit your needs, and instrument calibration services for an additional fee.
