Malvern PANalytical has an immediate opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative for the Western US. The Technical Sales Representativewill live near a major airport in the Western US. with travel expected 50-75% of the time. Responsibilities include making company stated goals/quota, developing sales strategies, demonstrations, proposals, CRM maintenance, sustaining knowledge of company products and market information, tradeshows, coordinating travel and resources such as internal colleagues, demonstration equipment and expenses to assure efficient territory coverage.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology; and a minimum of 5-7 yearsof proven direct sales experience. The Technical Sales representative must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively present technical information. A strong preference given to Analytical Instruments, Remote Sensing equipment, Spectrometers or general instrumentation sales
